8 but the word of the LORD came to me, saying,'You have shed much blood and have made great wars; you shall not build a house for My name, because you have shed much blood on the earth in My sight.

4 But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us,

And so, since God in his mercy has given us this wonderful ministry, we never give up.

13 For judgment is without mercy to the one who has shown no mercy. Mercy triumphs over judgment.

17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.

3 All honor to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, for it is by his boundless mercy that God has given us the privilege of being born again. Now we live with a wonderful expectation because Jesus Christ rose again from the dead.

10 A single day in your courts is better than a thousand anywhere else! I would rather be a gatekeeper in the house of my God than live the good life in the homes of the wicked.

5 to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons.

6 Therefore say to the children of Israel:'I am the LORD; I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, I will rescue you from their bondage, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and with great judgments.
